Intitul\u00e9e \u00ab De l\u2019exclusion \u00e0 l\u2019appartenance : renforcer les pratiques inclusives pour consolider les liens sociaux \u00bb, cette rencontre se tient du 22 au 24 octobre 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Mohanna y pr\u00e9sentera une intervention intitul\u00e9e \u00ab De l\u2019exclusion \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 : la personne comme partenaire dans la construction de la protection sociale \u00bb. S\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019Amel, il montrera comment les services sanitaires et sociaux peuvent devenir des espaces qui pr\u00e9servent la dignit\u00e9, renforcent le sentiment d\u2019appartenance et favorisent la participation. Il proposera \u00e9galement une vision de la protection sociale fond\u00e9e sur les droits et la justice, pour passer de la charit\u00e9 \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 et reconna\u00eetre chaque personne comme partenaire dans la prise de d\u00e9cision et l\u2019\u00e9laboration des solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Mohanna portera la voix du Liban dans cette rencontre internationale, en soulignant les d\u00e9fis humanitaires et sociaux aggrav\u00e9s par les crises successives, l\u2019agression isra\u00e9lienne, les d\u00e9placements de population et les destructions. Il insistera sur une reconstruction qui d\u00e9passe la r\u00e9habilitation des b\u00e2timents et des infrastructures pour soutenir les personnes, retisser les liens sociaux, r\u00e9tablir la confiance dans les institutions et garantir aux personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es le droit de rentrer chez elles et de vivre dans la dignit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Son intervention soulignera aussi l\u2019importance de renforcer les partenariats entre l\u2019\u00c9tat, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les communaut\u00e9s locales, ainsi que de garantir les droits \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la protection sociale, piliers de la citoyennet\u00e9 et de l\u2019appartenance.
