En cette terre ch\u00e8re de Shmastar, nous ne sommes pas simplement r\u00e9unis pour nous souvenir, mais pour affirmer. Le nom de Talal Salman<\/strong><\/a> ne se limite pas \u00e0 orner la fa\u00e7ade d\u2019un centre : il r\u00e9sonne dans chaque pierre, chaque arbre, chaque souffle de ce lieu qui porte d\u00e9sormais son h\u00e9ritage. Ce n\u2019est pas une inauguration comme les autres. C\u2019est un acte de loyaut\u00e9, de m\u00e9moire et de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Talal Salman n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement un ami. Entre lui et moi, il y avait une unit\u00e9 de vision et de mission<\/strong> que le temps n\u2019a jamais rompue. Nos chemins se sont rejoints autour d\u2019une conviction commune : que la dignit\u00e9 humaine est un droit fondamental. Sa plume d\u00e9fendait cette cause \u00e0 travers As-Safir<\/em>, tandis que nous, \u00e0 Amel, l\u2019incarnions sur le terrain, aupr\u00e8s des plus d\u00e9munis.<\/p>\n

Bien avant que ce centre n\u2019ouvre ses portes, Talal y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 investi son c\u0153ur. Avec une g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 rare et une humilit\u00e9 sans faille, il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sa fondation, \u00e0 son financement, non pas par devoir mais par amour<\/strong> \u2014 pour sa ville, pour son peuple, pour son pays. Aujourd\u2019hui, Shmastar<\/strong> est fi\u00e8re de porter son nom.<\/p>\n

Son soutien n\u2019a jamais faibli. Il demandait des nouvelles, suivait les \u00e9volutions, proposait son aide. Que ce soit pour les habitants de la r\u00e9gion ou pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s syriens, il ne faisait aucune distinction<\/strong>. L\u2019humanit\u00e9 \u00e9tait sa boussole. Cette r\u00e9gion longtemps n\u00e9glig\u00e9e a trouv\u00e9 en lui un avocat sinc\u00e8re, exigeant de l\u2019\u00c9tat qu\u2019il remplisse ses obligations et compense des ann\u00e9es d\u2019abandon.<\/p>\n

Il fut sans conteste la plume d\u2019or du journalisme arabe<\/strong>, la voix des sans-voix, le d\u00e9fenseur acharn\u00e9 des causes nationales et arabes. Son courage \u00e9tait sa signature. Il affrontait les puissants, sans crainte, sans compromis.<\/p>\n

Mais c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre dans ses gestes cach\u00e9s que r\u00e9side sa grandeur la plus pure. Discr\u00e8tement, loin des projecteurs, il aidait les siens. Aujourd\u2019hui, avec l\u2019accord de sa famille, nous levons le voile sur cet h\u00e9ritage silencieux en baptisant ce lieu :
\u00ab Centre Talal Salman de sant\u00e9, de services sociaux et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb<\/strong>,
\u2014 non pas seulement pour l\u2019honorer, mais pour prolonger sa mission.<\/p>\n

Mon fr\u00e8re, mon ami \u2014 m\u00eame si tu n\u2019es plus l\u00e0 physiquement, tu es toujours parmi nous : dans nos souvenirs, nos discussions, nos actions. Tu es \u00e0 Shmastar, \u00e0 Khiam, dans chaque article, chaque mission sociale. Ton nom vivra dans nos c\u0153urs et sur nos l\u00e8vres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Avec ta famille bien-aim\u00e9e \u2014 Oum Ahmad, Hanadi, Ahmad, Rabia, Ali et leurs familles \u2014, avec notre fid\u00e8le ami Hussein Ayoub, et les habitants de Shmastar, nous continuerons \u00e0 marcher sur le chemin que tu aimais<\/strong>. Ensemble, dans la joie comme dans les \u00e9preuves.<\/p>\n

Ce centre n\u2019est pas une fin, mais un commencement. Il se d\u00e9veloppera avec chaque projet, chaque enfant soign\u00e9, chaque personne \u00e2g\u00e9e soutenue, chaque r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 accueilli.<\/p>\n

Toi qui as tenu bon \u00e0 ton poste \u00e0 As-Safir<\/em>, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant ceux qui appauvrissent ton peuple et exploitent leurs ressources, tu reposes d\u00e9sormais en paix, sur cette terre qui t\u2019a vu na\u00eetre et que tu as tant aim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Tu \u00e9tais le fils de Shmastar et la voix de toute une nation. Tu as parcouru le monde pour d\u00e9fendre la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, la justice, la libert\u00e9. Tu \u00e9tais fils du Liban, de la Palestine, de l\u2019arabisme\u2026 mais aussi fils du monde entier<\/strong>, luttant pour toute cause juste, o\u00f9 qu\u2019elle soit.<\/p>\n

Ta plume a form\u00e9 des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. As-Safir<\/em> n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un simple journal \u2014 c\u2019\u00e9tait une \u00e9cole. Son h\u00e9ritage, comme le tien, est encore vivant. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s son arr\u00eat, tes articles continuent \u00e0 \u00e9clairer notre pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n

Ton encre, mon ami, trace encore le pass\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sent et l\u2019avenir. Elle reste une arme pour les penseurs et un flambeau pour les humanitaires.<\/p>\n

Et ici, \u00e0 Shmastar, nous sommes plus proches de ton souvenir, de ton \u00e2me, de ton ombre, de ta terre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En ce deuxi\u00e8me anniversaire de ton d\u00e9part, nous avons voulu c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la chaleur de ton esprit, la grandeur de ton nom. Que ce centre soit un \u00e9tendard vivant<\/strong>, un lieu de transmission pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 venir, un mod\u00e8le de patriotisme et d\u2019humanisme dans toutes ses formes.<\/p>\n

Fid\u00e8les \u00e0 ta m\u00e9moire et \u00e0 ton combat, nous poursuivrons l\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/strong><\/p>\n
